The Grady FFA Chapter had their Area competition at Ira on Saturday, November 9th.
In FFA only the top 2 places in every event can qualify for the State Competition.
The Senior Chapter Conducting team, consisting of Aislynne Mendoza, Addi Grey, Kailynn Peugh, Justin Tyler, Monty Eskew, Dillan Martens, Nayce McMorries, Audrey Marler, and K'Lynn Garcia, placed 4th.
The Junior Chapter Conducting team, consisting of Micheal Griffin, Lane Cearley, Brody Marler, Maddie Eskew, Eden Mansel, Macie Stack, Brooklyn Teeters, and alternate Dillan Martens, placed 2nd making them State Bound!!!
In the Spanish Creed, Analia Rodriguez placed 2nd and will also be going to State!!!
The State FFA competition is Friday, December 1st & 2nd at the Sam Houston State University in Huntsville.
