On October 11, Junior High Cross Country put it all on the line for the district contest at the Chaparral Golf Course. The Lady Cats team was named the District Champions beating the second place team by 27 points!!!! The District Champion was Davalynne Mendoza. Sadie Wallin was the silver medallist and Brynlee Madison, the bronze. Macie Stack and Carsynn Nabors also had top ten finishes of 6th and 7th, respectively. Rounding out the team was Adalynn Peugh in 18th and Rebecca Rodriguez in 26th.
The JH boys team were the District Runner Ups. The boys had four top ten medalist: Lane Cearley in 4th; Logan Rodriguez in 5th; Camden Wiebe in 7th; and Michael Griffin in 10th. The boys had seven more runners giving it all:
