Grady ISD parents. We are releasing information on our protocols about a positive Covid case compared to a close contact case. IF Grady ISD has a positive Covid case, an alert will go out to all parents and students who are directly affected will be notified with a phone call. We have had several students and staff members affected by close contact and had to quarantine already. None of these close contacts have occurred at school. Please know we will absolutely communicate if/when a case occurs. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and your willingness to help keep our students safe!

Just a reminder that all students in 5th, 6th, and 7th grade need to wear red, white, and blue shirts (or a combination) tomorrow, November 6th.

Girls basketball t-shirts will be available to order until Monday (11/9). Get an order form from Coach Langen, one of the basketball girls, or the front office. Go lady cats!!!

Just a reminder to parents: 3rd graders need to wear red, white, or blue shirts to school tomorrow, November 4th. 6th and 7th grade students need to wear red, white, or blue shirts (or a combination of any) on Friday, November 6th. THANK YOU!

Student's safety is one of our top priorities at Grady ISD. We are asking for help during our afternoon pickup. It is fine to congregate and visit with other parents while waiting on students to be dismissed, but we ask that you keep your children close to you during this time. We have witnessed children running and playing chase as well as running across two lanes of traffic to their vehicles while parents are visiting. We just want to make sure that all of our students are as safe as possible and would appreciate your help tremendously. Thank you for making Grady ISD a great place to be.

Time change for Trunk or Treat

The girls' scrimmage Saturday October 31 has been moved to Abernathy. Because of limited spectator seating and 4 teams scrimmaging, only family is asked to attend. Face coverings will be required to get in the door.

Pictures for PK-5th will still take place tomorrow starting at 10:00.

Grady ISD will have a 10:00 start tomorrow (Wednesday, October 28th). Buses will run on pavement only and be 2 hours behind schedule. Everyone stay safe and warm.
